- Depending on your chair and location, we will repair your chair and have it back on your doorstep within 10 days. You will receive an email confirmation with your FedEx tracking number. Most parts are in stock; if your part needs to be ordered, we will advise you of any additional lead time.

- If your chair is under warranty,
there’s no cost to you. ChairMD takes care of everything!
- If your chair is not under warranty,
we’ll give you a written diagnostic estimate of what ails
your chair, including repair costs and freight.

- The warranty label
can be found underneath the front lip of the seat pan.
An example is shown below. Send us this information and
we will be happy to check your chair’s warranty
for you.


- Your easiest option, for FREE (or $49.95 if your chair
is no longer under warranty), we will ship you a flat
carton to your home or office with instructions and the
tool needed to properly pack your chair. Contact us after
your chair is ready to go, and we will email you a FedEx
shipping label and the link to set up your pickup appointment.
- Another option is you ship the chair yourself: After
we have received your completed service form, we will
send you packing instructions. You will need a box that
is 26"x26"x26" which is available at your local UPS
store or Kinko's/FedEx
center.
