This was the best customer service I have ever received. My Eames lounge chair was broken by movers in a relocation and thanks to Stacy I now have a brand new chair. Her follow through and responsiveness was exceptional. Thank you!!!

I am incredibly impressed with ChairMD. After finding out from Stacy that my 10 year old Aeron was indeed still covered under warranty, 2 days later FedEx dropped off a box at my front door, complete with an Allen wrench to remove the chair back. I dropped the chair off Monday at FedEx and found it returned and fixed on Wednesday of the same week ! I'm in Michigan and they are in Illinois, but still - that was quick. More importantly, the chair was nearly like new. I found a note from Chris, detailing the items replaced, and included the 29 point checklist they use. The chair feels like it did when it was new, and I couldn't be happier. What a great company ! Thanks Chris and thanks ChairMD.

I thought my Aeron chair was toast, the seat had broke and the chair would not go up and down.
I found ChairMD and was skeptical at first... but WOW!!
You responded quickly to my email, the box you sent was perfect (they even included a tool). The chair was picked up on Monday and was on it's way back to me by Thursday.
When I got the chair back not only was the seat and height adjuster fixed, but I received a whole report about everything they checked and adjusted on the chair.
You guys are amazing, because of your company I am recommending that my company buys Herman Miller chairs going forward.
Take a bow... you deserve it.

My chair was in bad shape and you guys got it working GREAT with a very quick turnaround (especially considering the holiday weekend).
I included a quick note for the chair technician (which turned out to be "Mike") and in the comments section of my work order, Mike walked through what was fixed and even threw in a quick joke that referenced my original note.
Care, speed, personality - can't ask for more from a company these days!

It is unfortunate that there are so many poorly run companies who over promise and under deliver. Your company is not one of them!
I couldn't have asked for a better experience! You rock! From the first contact to the arrival of my chair today you were prompt, communicated well, and delivered more than you promised. I am excited to have my chair back looking good working right and fast.
If Herman Miller ever has a contest for the best affiliate you should win.
