All returned items must be in new/original condition in which received. Merchandise returned in damaged condition will have associated charges.

A return authorization is required for all returns.Please contact CHAIRMD to obtain a return authorization.

All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise is the customer's responsibility.

A 25% restocking charge will be accessed to any order cancelled or returned after 72 hours.
